Taronga will get in the spooky spirit this weekend, hosting its 2nd annual “Boo at the Zoo” Halloween Spooktacular!
There will be three Halloween-themed presentations at the Bird Show Theatre each day on Saturday and Sunday, giving visitors a chance to discover some of our most mysterious and often misunderstood species.
Come along and meet many of my favourite animals, from owls and vultures to snakes and spiders, and learn not only why people think they are creepy and kooky, but also how they play a vital role in our natural environment.
There will also be a haunted barn at Backyard to Bush, painting, Halloween mystery touch boxes, touch tables with animal bones and skulls and much more!
So bring all of your little Batmen and Elsas along to Taronga this weekend to be part of these festive, creepy but not scary, days of fun for all!
