There are two seatings available: 5.30 pm and 8:00 pm
5.30pm – 8.30pm: Four-course New Year’s Eve dining experience in Me-Gal
8.30pm: Guests may make their way to Centenary Deck to enjoy the 9pm fireworks (required) with a celebratory toast
9.30pm - 10pm: Post-fireworks drinks in N’gurra Lounge
11.30pm: Guests are invited to experience the midnight fireworks from Centenary Deck with a New Year’s toast
8pm – 9pm: Drinks and Amuse Bouche in N’gurra Lounge
9pm: Enjoy the evening fireworks display from N’gurra Lounge
9.15pm – 11.30pm: Four-course New Year’s Eve dining experience in Me-Gal
11.30pm: Guests are invited to make their way to Centenary Deck for the midnight fireworks and celebratory toast, or guests can choose to stay in Me-Gal.
