The Wildlife Retreat has four accessible rooms, which include bathroom and shower facilities suitable for wheelchair access. Toilets in N'Gurra Lounge and Me-Gal Restaurant are both fully accessible. The Sanctuary and Wollemi Tour are wheelchair accessible, and guests can ask for an accessible Zoo Map at the front desk that details the best paths to navigate the Zoo and avoid sharp inclines and declines.
