How to start using your membership

Your Red Taronga Flex plan gives you access to 365 days of fun at Taronga Zoo Sydney and Taronga Western Plains Zoo Dubbo, discounts on food & beverage, retail and so much more.

Step 1

Manage your account online: register your account using your email and member number (noted at the top of your email), and then create a password. Once you have done this, you can manage your membership and register visits to the Zoo online.

Step 2

On your first visit to Taronga, you will need to stop by the Zoo Friends office at Taronga Zoo Sydney (located at the top of the Zoo outside the Heritage Arch), or the ticket desk at Taronga Western Plains Zoo. Show this email to our team who will take your photo and provide you with your membership card.

Step 3

While at the office, you can add the children from your household (aged under 16 years) to your membership. They will also need to have their photo taken and will receive their membership cards

Step 4
