How to start using your membership, thanks to Red Energy

Your Red Taronga Flex plan gives you access to 365 days of fun at Taronga Zoo Sydney and Taronga Western Plains Zoo Dubbo, discounts on food & beverage, retail and so much more.

Step 1

We can’t wait to welcome you to Taronga! On your first visit you will need to stop by the Zoo Friends office at Taronga Zoo Sydney (located at the top of the Zoo outside the Heritage Arch), or the ticket desk at Taronga Western Plains Zoo. Show this email to our team who will take your photo and provide you with your membership card.

Step 2

While at the office, you can add the children from your household (aged under 16 years) to your membership. They will also need to have their photo taken and will receive their membership cards.

Step 3

Start exploring the Zoos!

Step 4

Following your first visit, you can manage your account online: register your account using your email and member number (noted on your email and membership card), and then create a password. Once you have done this, you can manage your membership and register visits to the Zoo online.
